Robert James Flute SB.St.J SR.Para, MIEM MEPS MBCI GASI MICDDS
Robert is a State Registered Paramedic with eight years experience working in Pre-hospital emergency care. He has gained knowledge as a commercial training co-ordinator, Station Manager as well as managing a suite of PCT and NHS trust emergency plans.
He is currently studying towards an Executive Masters in Business Administration (Exec. MBA).

- Asclepius Training Limited is a provider of first aid, emergency aid and major incident management training to industry, public and the voluntary services.
- The Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS) training is a specialist field the company are keen to market.
- MIMMS is the study and training of NHS and HM. Armed Services personnel in the management of a major incident such as a rail crash, terrorist attack or disaster from severe weather. The course is three days in duration and is licensed by a company in Manchester. (Advanced Life Support Group).

Alan Somers NEBOSH Cert, DMS, Grad I Fire E.
Alan Somers served for 25 years with the Fire & Rescue Service, and retired in the rank of Divisional Officer. During his career he not only specialised in fire safety but was also seconded to the Home Office where he worked for 2 years as an instructor.
During his service with the fire brigade he also gained the Diploma in Management Studies and also the NEBOSH General Certificate. A large part of his working life within the brigade was Health & Safety, as this not only applied to the working practices of a fire fighter, but also extended to the safety of personnel on the fire ground or related incident site.
Since retiring he has carried out fire risk assessments throughout the country for major clients as well as undertaking fire safety training for both senior managers as well as employees within various companies.
He is experienced in the Interpretation and Implementation of Fire Safety Law, and the Management of Health and Safety in the following work environments:
